Dr. Payman is awesome. Great bedside manner and really invested in the patient’s long-term health. I love a Doctor Who takes the time to educate you about your body, and not push spinal surgery, but rather, help to guide you to the healthiest and most holistic way of managing your pain. I did have a long wait, but it was worth it.and he and the staff were grateful for my patience and apologized for the wait. He was in surgery all morning so I was waiting for a couple hours at least. He closed his Tarzana office with no notice telling patients via text to go to urgent care to refill their meds. Unprofessional. Real pain Drs have back ups in case something happens their patients do not suffer. Not this place. Something very sketchy going on with this office. As I and all of his other patients just found out! Seems like the nicest most caring Dr ever when you meet him. But as with anything it's all in the details.... Do your research.
