Is this the dealer that had a vehicle set on fire while in their care? I've read a couple reviews and it sounds like a fairly strange ordeal, hopefully we can get our military personnel taken care of in the long run and get this mistake fixed
How hard is it to do the right thing in this day and age? You set the mans car on fire when you KNEW it was brought in as a fire hazard. You should not have driven the car AT ALL and fixed the issue. Of course some people cant resist driving an awesome NISMO 370z, but that only highlights the lack of professionalism and ethics you have at the service and dealership. A buddy's Nismo 370z was under your guys possession. Parked at your service department and you guys drove it off having known that it was a fire hazard. The car caught fire and you guys are now not taking responsibility for it? This is disrespectful not only to your customer but to Nissan as well. Don't say "Welcome opportunity to discuss..." just admit it was your fault and give him what he deserves. Was traveling through town and needed an oil change so decided to go to Ryan Nissan. They. Were. Amazing! Customer service definitely gets 5 stars, extremely nice and very willing to help. I would definitely recommend bringing your car here, I know that if I lived nearby my next car purchase would be here for sure!!!
