Awesome service buddy brought his 370z in for a brake leak stating is was a fire hazard. They went ahead and took it in, and drove it for a couple miles. And it ended up going up in flames due to the brake leak. Great customer care as they went ahead, and destroyed his car to rid him of the brake leak, thus his problem no longer exists. They are not taking any responsibility for the incident, and not compensating him in anyway.

Not cool when you guys BURN a customer's 370z (Your fault due to taking the car on a joy ride). Take responsibility of it and fix the issue.

Drove a customers car after he stated the problem was a fire hazard! You need to take responsibility for what you did. The car was in your care at the time.

My friend brought his Nissan Z to your business for a fixable issue. It was marked as a fire hazard and he was told that it should not be driven. Yet it was driven, by your employee, and then it caught on FIRE! Now you won't accept responsibility and you claim it is his own fault. Not only would you not get my business anymore, I'd tell all of my friends, family, coworkers, neighbors, take out an ad in the local paper , and have the local news channel hold an interview with me across the street so the word spread far and wid... read more

Awesome service 5 stars! Highly recommend especially if you are looking to get an insurance pay out on that crappy Nissan and are finally ready to make the leap to Honda! Make sure you get it appraised before you bring it, and have fire coverage for maximum benefits!!!

I see it like this you let a car burn under you care with a fake "waiver". He is a member of the united states Military and you are going tell him "I don't care, call the president.". Take care of our people as they take care of you. I really hope you don't underestimate the opinions of hundreds if not thousands of people. If the base wasn't there where you you be now? Soon enough this will get around and every one will know how real business is taken car of there. This will also be shared. Good Luck Have Fun.
