I shouldn't be filling this out yet, they haven't done the job. However, the man that came out for the bid was easy to talk to and explained everything clearly. I lost a big limb in a storm yesterday and he came out, sawed it up and took it away. He didn't charge me extra because they were going to take off that limb any way. I was very happy with the service provided by Sebastian and his crew. They were very professional and friendly and even warned me about a small poison ivy plant in the yard. My trees look great! And I feel confident that they were trimmed properly because of Sebastian's extensive knowledge as an arborist paired with his ability to provide great customer service.
