I shouldn't be filling this out yet, they haven't done the job. However, the man that came out for the bid was easy to talk to and explained everything clearly. I lost a big limb in a storm yesterday and he came out, sawed it up and took it away. He didn't charge me extra because they were going to take off that limb any way. He also took a dead limb that I had dragged to the alley and racked up the rest of the mess. I am so grateful I just had to write something now. I was very happy with the service provided by Sebastian and his crew. They were very professional and friendly and even warned me about a small poison ivy plant in the yard. My trees look great! And I feel confident that they were trimmed properly because of Sebastian's extensive knowledge as an arborist paired with his ability to provide great customer service.
