My wife and I recently bought a Ryan townhome, with the folks at Ryan Homes, making this rather complicated process as pleasant as possible. Starting with the realtor, Ryan Mayes, and then going onto other folks, we were treated with courtesy, respect, and had all of our questions answered in a complete and timely fashion. We just moved into our new Ryan Homes townhouse in the Wingate Towns community, and I can confidently say this experience has exceeded all expectations — especially compared to our previous build with D.R. Horton. We chose the Ballad floor plan and immediately fell in love with the extra space, dual vanities, large pantry, and abundant natural light that came with an end unit.
