I was very happy with the way out of the town houses
First time home buyer, great experience from first visit to closing. Vicki, Marta Jo, and Linda were great through signing till disbursement. Grant, our project management has been exceptional and very attentive. He walked us through all the building stages of our townhome and addressed all of our concerns. He has maintained an open line of communication and took care of all of the changes needed. We are very excited about the community and our townhome

Been in my house over a year and a half now and still trying to get them to resolve issues from my pre-closing, 60-day and one-year warranty lists. The carpet has many bumps and there are spots where the didn't paint properly, many nail pop-ups, loose hardwood planks in the living room and the contractor they assigned me stopped responding after I kept pushing for him to come and then was told that he doesn’t work in stone creek anymore.
