I happened to call the warranty services of Ryan homes due to a leaky fixture from installation of washer, that was installer's fault. I must say that I am extremely impressed with the turn around time and the quickest response by Joe and John of Ryan homes warranty team in Columbus. I first called the builder supervisor Hayden who immediately responded for courtesy despite not his call, and he called the warranty services immediately to help me. Sharing my experience from signing to closing. It has been great with this community sales team Sameerah and Kate from the beginning. This is a free standing or single family condominium community that looks beautiful and comes with a decent yard space for each owner to have fenced in yard. The colonial floor plans they offer in this community are very efficiently designed three different floor plans even better than their regular single family homes for the size of square footage.
