Sharing my experience from signing to closing. It has been great with this community sales team Sameerah and Kate from the beginning. This is a free standing or single family condominium community that looks beautiful and comes with a decent yard space for each owner to have fenced in yard. The colonial floor plans they offer in this community are very efficiently designed three different floor plans even better than their regular single family homes for the size of square footage. Update, to Ryan Homes credit, they reached out and followed up regarding my review and the issues we are currently having with our floor and wall. I am updating my review based on the experience we had with the customer service representative.
Both the sales people Sameerah and Kate are excellent and pleasant to interact and provided necessary details.
