I have been in the construction industry for 30 year's and I am not the easiest person to please. So let's get that straight. Lol ! My project manager Jason was amazing and Harold from the warranty department is equally amazing. Things go wrong when building a home. All that matters is that they make it right. Ryan homes did the best thing you can do as a company. They hired the right people. Thanks for doing a great job on my build.
Ryan Homes built our home in Edinburgh. Everything started out great until we closed. We had a lot of quality/warranty issues.... then they stopped taking or returning my calls. Do your research before you buy... It starts out great, but doesn't end that way.
Nice overpriced houses just like everywhere else
My wife and I are senior citizens and was looking at Briar Creek 5 years ago. Once our dogs passed, we decided to look at downsizing again. We remembered looking at Briar Creek and returned. Meghan McWhorter was an absolute joy to work with, her knowledge and professionalism made the transaction easy.
