The entire process from beginning to end was brilliant. Meghan sold me on the property and she is just a terrific human being. She is extremely caring and lovely in every way. Beautiful homes was there for neighbor hood sale people all nice have a friend that lives there nice homes.
The worst heating system ever.. it’s been a 2 years since I bought this house and every winter their heating system has problems it stopped working and on the top of that the number they provide us to get it fixed straight goes to a voicemail. I was trying to contact them from last 4 days.. no answers, no reply and call backs . because of that last year also we paid $300 to fix the heating out of pocket. This is really frustrating and disappointing.
I highly recommend Ryan Homes Ranch's at Brandywine in Greenfield for your new home. My experience was outstanding. Ask for Jennifer for Model tour and any questions you have. I chose Grand Bahama, my second home in my life built. Amazing floor plan design, and latest building technology, just moved in August 2023. Our visit to Brandywine Villas in Greenfield was the most rewarding time spent during our search for the last "forever" home we will live in.
