We purchased a Ryan home 4 months ago in the Mayberry community. This is not our first new build in the area however, it’s the best experience we have had. Ryan (NVR) Homes has an amazing team of employees. Ryan Homes and their employees are very responsive, have a strong work ethics, and professional. I have nothing but good things to say about Jake and Austin. We were very fortunate to have had the opportunity to purchase a Ryan Home in this community.
Unfortunately, we have a very power hungry HOA. They like to change things that have been perfectly fine after 6 years, with BS explanations! In addition, they make it very uncomfortable to live here with children. Sad to say, but it’s run like a retirement community, and had been a problem since the start! In addition, It takes a lot of work & effort to get things fixed here. With a new home, we hope to have a painless move in and a home without problems. I spent many days searching for the right home. My salesperson, Lisa, was extremely helpful. I appreciate her honesty and knowledge of Pelican Point and other communities to help me make a good decision for my lifestyle and needs. It was a pleasure working with Lisa.
Beautiful community, with a lot to offer. However, it’s all retirees. We need kids and young families to liven this place asap! It’s got a lot to offer, we just need some more fun families to enjoy it with. There are four kids here so far, and we built here 2 years ago. I was just told that they have been falsely advertising 55+ here, which is not what is needed
A huge thank you to James and Ryan, part of the warranty team managing Spring Breeze! I have lived in my new home here just over a year now and had to put in a call to the Ryan homes call center to ask how to do one of the regular yearly maintenance items. They said they would get back to me and I was expected that to mean in a few days or so. James and Ryan appeared at my doorstep almost immediately the same morning to assist! All questions were answered and my maintenance work was able to be completed! Thank you so much!
Love to take your $$$ but dont stand behind their product and the sub contractors they sub out to. How can every other industry have some leniency with Covid especially with warranties ? I know my airlines tickets have been extended twice with no issue. Set reminders and check your house frequently for issues and report immediately and dont pass your 1 yr date. Oh yea make sure you remember it cause Ryan wont remind you.
I usually like to wait and share my house-building experience with Ryan Homes; after everything is complete. I intend to provide full facts and share my experience as a first-time home buyer. So far, I have had a great experience with sales to Mr. Charles, Ms. Tina, and the project manager Joe. I have recorded and followed every step of the construction, and I look forward to sharing those experiences after my house is complete. My intention, in my experience, might help those who like to build their house with Ryan Homes.
I’ve been in my Ryan Home over a year and a half and Ryan Home made my home as perfect as it could be Excellent customer service great buy excellent value glad I choose Ryan Home !!!!!
The build us fantastic. I can't complain( deserves 5 stars) however, the salesperson we dealt was more than just someone who spewed lies to make a sale. The developer is another issue. There is a lot that needs fixing here! We really need a page to review the developer, and not Ryan.
