Very pleased with the home. Not a lot of storage space however, no outdoor storage sheds is a bummer.
DO NOT BUY RYAN HOMES. We just bought the new house in brandywine greenfield one year ago. This house is full of issues. We have so many cracks and holes in the ceiling. I request them to fix. They just ignored me by saying this is not coming under warranty. And that your mistake that the cracks are coming coz of heat. I agreed that the house need maintenance but seriously within a year.
