Once you can get in touch with them they will blow off the appointment and you will have to call to reschedule. Then when they finally show up they will track dirt and mud through your house and not clean up where they did the work.

I called yesterday afternoon and Cesar was here at 9am today. He diagnosed and replaced a bad capacitor to get the fan running, fixed a rattle, cleared the drain line, and checked everything out in under an hour. Such a relief in the middle of July!
I would always recommend Ryan's Heat & Air. They have helped me several times. Ceasars is very good at his job. He is also polite.
