Dr Hart did surgery on back of my hand, he had to put a plate in it he did amazing job you have to look real close to see a scare and it has never hurt. He got me signed up for ot he is great.
Received a bill in the mail for $65 for a wrist brace. When handing a patient, who has already filled out a ton of paperwork for a new patient appointment, another form with insurance / payment information on it telling them to sign to release the brace - they need to include that there is a fee along with it. No one ever said “hey this may not be covered by insurance - if it isn’t this is the cost of the brace”. $65 for a brace that costs $15 on Amazon is ridiculous especially when it wasn’t explained by the office.
Ryan Hart has been a godsend. I have multiple issues in both hands/wrists and both thumbs. It's not just the pain (apparently not all arthritics have pain but I do) but it's the lack of function that gets me. He gave me a shot for my wrist, and 28 months later it is still pain-free. He is very clear that everyone's reactions are different to the shots, so I was dissppointed when the shot for my left thumb was not as successful. I am seeing Dr. Hart for the second time and would go to no one else. Not only is he the best so is his staff. Highly recommend him.
