Had to wait over an hour for my appointment. And the reason being the nurse told me was he went to his daughter school to surprise her as he just got back from vacation. Although I’m all for family time that showed that he really didn’t care about his patients and his earlier commitments to those times, my time is just as valuable and I was there on time
