The best agent to work with! He is willing to help out as much as possible when it comes to all aspects of reality. Would most definitely recommend to anyone in the Denver area! We had to leave an agent because she was listening to our wants and needs. We found Ryan and he was good at listening to what we were looking for. I could write a whole book on how awesome Ryan is. Our buying situation was the most unique as the seller passed away before closing and Ryan handled it with all the patience possibly be.

Ryan was very informative and helpful in every step along the way to helping us buy our perfect first home. He was very patient taking us to five or six houses each time we went out looking, and took the time to understand exactly what we wanted. Looked at a house and 3 days later closed the deal!! Amazing!! He was on it and showed me excactly what I wanted.
