Before contacting Ryan, I contact another lender. They told me flat out I didn't qualify and after speaking with them I started feeling discouraged about buying a home. Then here comes Ryan and his team. I told Ryan about my situation and how the other company told me I didn't have a chance. He had me send over my credit report and looked over it. This is the second home we have bought through Ryan. We were able to close on both houses in under 20 days. Ryan Was awesome! Ryan helped us through the whole process of financing a home purchase. We lost our other home in 08 due to the interest only refi- loans that were going around. Long story short, they did a bait and switch, then we were underwater because had stolen our equity. We ended having to short sale our home to avoid foreclosure.
