Refinincing a mortgage can be a scary process. It's hard to know what information you need to submit, what the different documents mean; it's not a very consumer-friendly process: EXCEPT FOR RYAN. He and his team explained everything every step of the way in ways that were very understandable ... making the whole process UN-scary.
