From the start, communication was key with the Waterstone Mortgage Team! They were super quick to respond to emails and phone calls (even on the weekend if needed). Ryan and his team were easy to work with, very responsive to our emails and calls, and got us taken care of. This is the 3rd time we have used Ryan and his team.
Ryan was amazing throughout the whole loan process. Always made sure to follow up with me and keep me informed of any updates. When there was a hiccup on the seller's side Ryan took ownership and with his expertise and experience was able to resolve the issue and close the loan on time. We appreciate all your hard work Ryan. We will continue to use Ryan in the future and refer our friends and family as well.
They keep me posted every day on my loan process. Stephany and Ryan were great to work with. The papper work was minimal and everything was on time. If the seller would have been prompt the entire process would have only take two weens to complete.

Ryan went above and beyond. I was pleasantly surprised a few times during the process by the level of service and attentiveness. Ryan made sure that if I had a question of concern, it was immediately addressed. He did an excellent job of walking me through the process and helping me achieve my goal of owning my first home. He helped me plan for this and worked with me, answering questions long before I was ready to buy. It was this continual effort to help me that made the decision to go with Ryan, very easy.

Ryan Gilliam is the absolute BEST person to work with on a mortgage! I've done three refi's with him and every experience has been incredible. Ryan was very professional and very helpful everytime I have used him. He helped me get my first home 9 years ago and also did my refinance last year.
