Brought my daughter to the west main Rx optical today for her first eye exam.. was pretty nervous but it went beyond my expectations.. The guy was super nice as was the lady who helped her pick out her glasses. We expected a wait time as the building was extremely packed , but was right on time for our apt. :) Will recommend and be back & in fact making appointments for ourselves.
Service first. They will exceed expectations. If problems arise, so do solutions!
My husband had an eye exam and ordered sunglasses. So I decided to schedule an eye appointment in the Plymouth, MI office. My appointment was on a Monday morning and my sunglasses and new eye glasses were ready for pick up on Thursday of the same week! Dr. E. Hanson, Beverly, Jamie and the other staff have all been very helpful and customer service oriented. So I have new prescription sun glasses, eye glasses and a trial pair of contact lenses. It is also a Michigan owned company.
Very friendly service and my husband says he has never seen so clearly great job Dr . Swanson and staff.
Best.Choice Ever! Everyone at the Woodhaven office was amazing! Very welcoming, friendly, and helpful! I never want to go anywhere else!
