Great team that truly values the patient experience. Plus, they have an awesome selection of frames and work directly with my insurance.
I've been to several places over the years to attempt to get contacts but because of my prescription nobody was ever able to get it right. I was seen by Dr. Murphy in Allen Park who took the time to answer my questions which resulted in a perfect fit/prescription. I also explained my situation to Destiny Sheko who was friendly, knowledgeable and able to answer of my questions. I rarely post reviews but I've never had such a positive experience getting contacts. Keep up the good work Destiny and Dr. Murphy.
The Alpine location in Grand Rapids is ridiculous. Someone might want to inform them that when multiple people are in the lobby, that everyone should be acknowledged. Helping the first customer while avoiding eye contact at all costs and not bothering to even say hello or just a moment is just horrible manners.
