A couple of weeks ago, I went in to get my prescription glasses adjusted. I didn't get them there, but the lady graciously adjusted them at NO charge. Today, I needed to get them adjusted again, and a different lady told me it would be $15!!!! What? Wow!! I told her to forget it. I have to wonder if the lady today would have just put the $15 into her own pocket. Went in to have the arm put back on my prescription glasses that I didn't buy from them. They were going to charge me five dollars for the screw. Now I won't even consider them for new glasses. Any other optical store in Victoria would have put the arm back on for free.

I had a fall and my glasses were bent. I went in to see if they could help. They got them back into usable shape quickly. Now I can get back to alberta with working glasses. Thanks!
