I had been very burned before, and lost thousands of dollars do to outrages prices, and shotty workmanship with other computer shops. Including the big name guys. Do to down time waiting for my machine or just plain old rip offs. I had lost thousands of dollars to these guys. So when I walked into RX I was to say the least apprehensive of any computer shop.
