Please fix your rooftop ventilation! It’s very noisy and disturbing everyone in 3-block radius especially during the night!
Dr Lazo and Dr Aly are the best Drs in town. However, the office personnel is tainted the work of the providers. The main reason is because THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE!. Many patients call for prescription medication renewal and they have to run out from important and daily medications until seeing the Dr again. So , I give to this RWJBH office 1 star because there is no 0.
Dr. Ali was great and the front desk was nice. HOWEVER, I had the most frustrating and painful blood draw experience with a phlebotomist who clearly let her ego get in the way of doing her job properly. I told her CLEARLY that one of my arms never works for blood draws and in the past there would be very little blood coming out of that arm so they usually switch arms. I had a good experience with Dr. Ali. I felt she had an excellent beside manner and was collaborative and a good listener. I am hopeful that she can assist me in identifying the root cause of some health issues. For context- I’m quite picky about healthcare providers, often preferring to go the more integrative/holistic route. As this is covered by my insurance and I was satisfied with the experience, I think I will stick with this practice for my primary care.
I recently started therapy with Brittany Squeri from Speech Therapy. Brittany is the best Therapist I ever had. She is so wise and really good at what she does. She is very strategic and creative, and always coming up with innovative ideas and solutions. Above everything else, Brittany is an amazing human being and really cares, she is so real and authentic.
