Very poor property management. Repairs are always delayed, and maintenance requests often get ignored unless you follow up multiple times. Communication is slow, and tenants feel neglected. I would not recommend RWC Property Management.
There was an incident with my rental property. I am so glad to get help from Raquel to go thru the whole repair process. She was quick to my requests and provided her professional recommendations. I really appreciate the wonderful service. Will definitely recommend them to my friends who own rental property.

Excellent and speedy service
RWC has been extremely responsive and helpful when an issues comes up. They follow up and make sure the problem gets resolved as soon as possible for the tenant. Best property management I’ve come across. Extremely happy with the service and customer support. Definitely would recommend!
