There was an incident with my rental property. I am so glad to get help from Raquel to go thru the whole repair process. She was quick to my requests and provided her professional recommendations. Excellent and speedy service
RWC has been extremely responsive and helpful when an issues comes up. They follow up and make sure the problem gets resolved as soon as possible for the tenant. Best property management I’ve come across. Extremely happy with the service and customer support. Definitely would recommend!
I was a tenant in one of their San Jose properties for just under two years, and this was easily the best experience I’ve had with any property management company. Every request I submitted was followed up on within 24 hours. Whenever inspections or repairs were needed, the team communicated clearly, gave advance notice, and worked around my schedule whenever possible. I truly wish I could have stayed longer, but had to move out of the area. I would absolutely rent from them again and highly recommend them.
