The worst place to ever rent from
RWC Property Management is terrible. Their communication is dismissive, and every time there’s an issue, it either gets ignored or takes weeks to get a response or a fix. Basic maintenance requests are treated as an inconvenience rather than their responsibility. I worked with RWC while finding a property to rent. My family and I moved from out of state and were overwhelmed with the transition of renting in CA. RWC made our transition much easier, going out of their way to accommodate our schedule to view a property. They were respectful, honest, friendly, timely in their communications, and delightful to work with. They took great care of us and I remain very grateful for their help.
If I could give negative stars I would give them. Avoid them even if they give properties for one third of price. Very bad customer service. They will fix nothing
