We had some repairs done on our RV engine. The service department was a pleasure to work with, especially Sam! They are very professional. They communicated by emails and phone calls throughout the process of getting our repairs done and answered all my questions. Exceptional Customer Service!

Had air conditioner compressor replaced here. Supposedly repaired and recharged and if that was done on April 14 2025 with a bill of over 1000 dollars why am I sitting in Ellsworth Iowa at Loves repairing the air conditioner again let me explain how this went down. The system holds 2.8 lbs of freon but this system had 14 ounces of oil added and 2.5 lbs of freon. Which caused the system to crash and not work properly.
