Air Man is the best. Vince and his crew are quick to respond and have saved us a ton in lower utility bills and common sense fixes rather than expensive repairs that don't fix anything. Air Man installed a new heat pump for us last year which has saved us a lot on our utility bills. And when we had an issue with our AC today, Air Man was here less than an hour after we called and once again saved us money. I would recommend Air Man to anyone needing quality HVAC work at a fair price.
We came home from Florida, on a Sunday evening, to our AC being out!! It was over 90 degrees in our house and we have a 3 month old baby. I was beside myself! We made a few calls to a few other repair companies and were told they may be able to come out or it could possibly be Monday. Monday!! I called Air Man. Although very busy, he was at our house within an hour. He was able to repair our unit in no time. He was highly professional and just a great person all together. I would highly recommend him to anyone!!
After multiple great experiences with AirMan, the customer service continues to impress. He helped me when it was so hot outside that I couldn't hardly breathe inside! Massive heat aside, he fixed the AC right up, and it feels great now!
I knew the day was coming, but I had no idea it would be now. Mr. Vince tried everything to save my A/C unit to give me a little more time, but it was just not working. As a single mom, I was so nervous about what to do, but he def reassured me about his Company and the Trane equipment. I am very pleased and excited about my decision to work with his company. Found Airman on the net about three years ago after relocating to Desoto County, MS. After coming out a number of times (with short notice) to repeatedly repair a not very good AC/Heat unit we had Vince install a completely new Trane system. They arrived about 9am and were there until the job was done and done correctly, about 7pm. He and his Team did a truly outstanding job. Vince came out and while explaining to me the futility and $$waste of repairing my old sys, it quit running. I was unprepared to spen thous of dollars for a new sys. I was worried bout financing and a big mthly pmt. He made a call and 5 mins later he said, "you're approved" The rate and pmt were low & manageable. They came next day with my new equip and went to work. They discovered they had to rebuild the floor under the furnace but said it no charge to me. I couldn't recommend this company any more highly. Vince and his crew came out today. Our heat had stopped working and the weather had decided to turn cooler. They were able do diagnose the problem and fix it quickly. Airman is a fair and knowledgeable company that I highly recommend.
