The service I received was out of this world. First class service.
Had an ongoing HVAC problem. Called RW, they came and diagnosed my problem and fixed the problem in a very timely manner. KC, my HVAC tech was very courteous and knowledgeable.
Rw Heating & Air always does great work for my family. There prices are great and the customer service is excellent. I called and they got me down that day! They gave me a time frame 12/4 and told they would call on the way. The tech was nice and told me everything that was wrong with my water heater. This was the most professional company i have ever dealt with. They came out, gave us a quote. we accepted and they were here the next day to install not 1 but 2 units. They had to do some additional work because the previous companies did their work incorrectly. There was a leak in the line in the break wall and they were very careful in removing all the bricks needed to get to the repair. My husband is currently deployed and I came home to my house being 83 degrees. I called at 7:21 PM and they were here and had my air fixed by 7:45 PM! Very pleased with their work and so appreciative of their willingness to take care of me! Highly recommend this business!
They did it again. My daughters room upstairs lost AC yesterday and it turns out the installer of the original unit did poor job and wiring in breaker box almost burned my house down. I'd like to thank Sean, Jake, and Robbie for helping me take care of this problem from start to finish. Fair pricing on the new unit and installed it in no time. Now my girls are sleeping in the comfort of air conditioning upstairs and I couldn't be happier.
Had the entire heating/cooling system replaced by Air Man Air Conditioning a few years ago. They knew what I needed, and did a great job with the install. These guys know what they're doing, they are fair and if you need them they are there. Good local business run by good local people.
Horrible customer service, over charged for water heater. Left my family of four with no hot water for over 10 days. Came here on 12/27 at 2:00, didn't order water heater until 12/28 at 2:30. Left water heater on and water damaged ceiling below, didn't want to come back out to assess. Charged 2100.00 for water heater replacement because everything was "customized". Other company laughed at that charge and was extremely lower in price and also fixed same day, imagine that. Don't use this company, you will regret it in the end... read more
Vince and crew installed a complete new HVAC system in our home replacing 14 year old units. They were very professional, patient with all my questions and quick to respond to every request I made. Very happy to date with our new Trane system.
