They did a GREAT job and it was very reasonable.
We had 5 Windows repaired. They were professional and did an excellent job. Their hospitality is great...50 amp hook up, sewer and water during our stay.
What a great group of people. Can you believe it, an RV repair facility that takes an appointment, and then exceeds the schedule. OUTSTANDING! I had 4 windows refurbished, a large driver side (3 panels). A bedroom, escape window with drank out lower section: a tough one, done first class. And two side windows. Get there before 5:00, they back you in hookup to 50 amp, water and sewer, no charge. 8:00 am you are inside a nice large clean work shop, air conditioned. My driver side window was leaking; I took it to a place in TX & was told they could see what the problem was, but the only way it could be fixed was to permanently seal the window. Driver's side window: not an option. I made an appt. to bring the coach to RV Fog Dr after a club rally in Hot Springs. Lee looked at it & immediately saw it could be fixed. The guys are amazing!! RVFogDr was everything and more than I expected. I arrived late yesterday afternoon and they assisted me back into one of their FHU sites. Early this morning, four fogged windows were removed. By early afternoon they started the reinstall process including one large window where the etching was so bad that both panes had to be replaced. Although there was a rainy event as they were reinstalling they got everything permanently sealed except for one window. In the morning, they expect to have me back on the road early. We were very impressed with RV Fog Dr. They got right to work on our windows always concerned for our comfort. They went above and beyond to address other issues we needed help with. We felt at ease and comfortable with all the guys and Cheryl! They treated us like family. So glad we chose them to work on our windows!
Thanks to you all. Particularly Cheryl (Office), Chris (window repairs) & Lee (electrical repairs). I am truly impressed which made my 236 mile drive from Farmington, MO to Searcy, AR well worth it. I'll be coming back because one of my windows had to be special made and will take several weeks. We (mom tagged along on this trip) arrived at 4pm Monday and they parked us outside the bay so my satellite could lock on and plugged us in.
