They are the friendliest hardest working people I know. The work they do is exceptional! We have been coming back to the RV Fog Dr for three years. We have had our windows defogged one year, then the next year we came back to get a window replaced. We also had repair work done on the back passenger side that my husband tried to repair and it didn’t last. I recommend RV Fog Dr to everyone that wants a peace of mind and the best customer service around.
We highly recommend RV Fog Dr . This is our second motor home that’s required fogged windows be repaired and the service back 5 yrs ago and today was top notch. We dropped off three windows out of our motor coach that needed to be “de-fogged” around 9:00 this morning and they were ready at 1:15 this afternoon. Very pleased with the way they look now. The lady in the office and the guys in the shop were super nice and professional! Highly recommend them.
These guys really work as a team. Whether we were scheduling the appointment with Cheryl, or discussing options with Lee and the team, everyone was courteous, professional, and worked hard to accommodate us. We pulled in the night before and they provided full hook-up. They know the importance of customer service. Thank you for a great experience.
So we came in around 6:00 on Saturday and spent 2 nights fully hooked up and under the awning. We had 3 windows completed by 2:00 pm hooked up and on the road by 3:00. I kept looking out of the clear windows on my way to Nashville and thinking what an awesome job Lee and the crew did. BTW Lee we crossed the Mississippi River into Memphis right at 5:00 pm We had no problems with traffic other than normal rush hour traffic.
Very impressed with how quickly and efficiently the crew took care of our fogged windows. They were all very friendly and didn't mind us watching as they put the windows together and re-installed them in our coach. We came in the night before and hooked up our rig there with one other coach there already. Very quiet area. Our appointment was for 8 AM and we were finished and leaving by 11:30 AM and they had the other coach done as well. Thanks guys for being so nice!!!
