We celebrated our anniversary with the six course pairing menu, caviar and wine pairing. The wine pairing really elevates this food in such a unique way. As a Somm, I often harshly judge pairing lists, but this one did exactly what I’d expect from a true pairing menu elevating the menu every step of the way.
