Bought a purse in SF for my bday. After a sort time the snap started failing. I contacted the company. They gave me credit did it �. I ordered some t-shirts due to the fact that the web site didn't have the purse I I wanted to replace. But it was great that they gave me credit for the item. I bought a hat on rvca's website, but what arrived is nothing like what's on the site, I feel cheated.
Subscribed to the email list, it takes me to RVCAcom to shop. I put together a big order of 5 items, but then find out that RCVAcom doesn't ship to Canada, and am directed to RVCAca. Then on the .ca site, half the items aren't on sale anymore, and half aren't even available. Then after making the order, I get no shipping confirmation for 5 days, and they said shipment occurs in 1-2 business days. I call to see if it shipped, and it did but I still haven't been emailed, and they said shipping will take long because it must go... read more
