WARNING - Windscreen chips of ANY size on a motor home rental and Mark (Owner?) will take your $2,500 deposit. Mine was so small I had pointed it out to be an honest customer. Full deposit gone. He told me it was their “company policy”. Felt pretty robbed to be honest. Be warned! I’d shop around to some other places in the Portland area (there are 2 to 3 others) and do some research on other options. We’ll be taking our annual RV rental business elsewhere.
Can’t get enough of renting with RV Northwest! Great rates, extremely welcoming staff and outstanding units to choose from! Camping season never comes fast enough, Best in the Northwest!
Bad customer service. Inquiry for a reservation, it took me many phone calls and email, finally, Veronica calls me back after two days. Quoted me and sent a contract, when I was ready to deposit/reserve, she no longer had the motorhome, I requested. She recommended another one. I asked for her to email me pictures, nothing. I went to another company to spend my money.
They steal your money. My advice stay away from this place. Hard working people do not deserve this kind of treatment. Their cancellation policy is crooked. What kind of morals do this business have? Well I will tell you. I reserved a rv for a trip and had to cancel well before the depart date. They would not give me even a partial Deposit back. I signed no papetwork stating this. They basically laughed in my face. My bank couldnt even pull the money back to my credit card. .I am sure they rented that vehicle again and even ... read more
