Cliff was working at another site and he was gracious enough to come look at my leak in the bathroom. He fixed it and didn’t charge me a dime . Shane worked long hours and Saturdays to repair all the damages covered by Lakota warranty. Shane went above and beyond to make the trailer new. He was polite and professional and educated me on how best to use the trailer for future success.
