Very diapointed tenant moved in 3 months ago still no a.c. unit or front door deck temps outside are in the 80s so that means it's in the 90s in a mobile trailer my contract I signed says comes with a.c. so I called the owners number to find out I get 0 credit on rent and they have no time table is to when I will get a deck or a.c. unit terrible service at this point!! The best catch is they raised my lot rent $20 my second month wow great service rv horizons!!
