I went in last week to get help changing my outdoor tire (with a flat pinched tube), to indoor tire. Doug changed out the tube and "bear of a tire". I bought a few things, paid, walked out. Looked at the receipt later and saw he didn't even charge me for the tire service. Most other places would have charged me! THANK YOU DOUG!!!!
Thanks to Doug. His customer service was great, he made sure I got just what I needed/wanted.
