Brought in two rims to be trued Andy says he can do it in a couple days. 3 weeks later I call and he hasn’t touched them because he now says he might not be able to get one of them straight. How about say that up front wasted 3 weeks of riding never use them for anything

Bought a new Trek bike at the 2018 Canal Days - amazing price, Doug was very nice and informative, helped me get on the bike in the store and let me test it in the parking lot and provided info for the differences between my smaller GT bike and the Trek bike I got. Also bought a new bike helmet from their outdoor booth and the staff was very willing and helpful for selecting the right sized helmet and color. I recommend them to anyone, especially in Fairport!
I love RV&E. Way too many stories of them going out of their way to make my shopping experience a great one. I came for the special pricing between Xmas and New Years and I stayed because of the excellent service. Have taken many trips to Canandaigua and the RVE store there has kept me going, like a finely tuned pit crew. Last summer, I was in the middle of a century attempt when a cable broke and I fell off near Livonia. The chain kept falling off as well. Great, knowledgeable, friendly, staff. Always helpful. Always have what I need or are able to help point me in the right direction. They're always focused more on the customer than the sale.
This is my go to bike shop - the one in Canandaigua! They are always friendly, helpful and ready to make sure you are completely satisfied. Great bunch of people and GREAT service.
