Great selection of products! helpful, but not pushy staff. Highly recommend this bike shop.
They stand by their service. Sold me a big that was too large and I hadn't had any time to ride it. Brought it in a month later and they exchanged it out for me. Great products and great service
We popped in on Fathers Day to see if they could help with mounting an infant bike seat, they swapped out the hardware and mounted it on the spot for no charge! Great service!!!
Because E-bikes are relatively new in the U.S., we had lots of questions and boy did we go to the right place for the answers! Lots of "above and beyond" personalized and friendly service. We were able to do a test ride on the nearby canal path and immediately knew the E-bike was for us. I LOVE my Townie E-bike! My husband will have his bike in a few days, but until then, he has to work pretty hard to keep up with me! A great investment for fun and health!
I've purchased my bikes from the shop for years and love the service and selection. The people who run the shop are also a great asset to the community also. One day when I was paddleboarding on the canal I accidentally locked my keys in my car which I had parked across the road. My phone and everything else was also in the car.
