i came to look at a new bike no one said hello can i help you ,i walked around about 20 mins looked around then left loss of a 500 $ sale
They had my bike for what they say was a simple repair. Took it in on June12th,, no call so today we called, Bike never touched or looked at. Picked up my bike and will never go back to them Best to stick with Bert's Bike, at least they know how to take care of customers

Thank you RV&E! I’ve had my silver baby 24 years & I still love it! Still so lightweight for me. As I always say, I can still pick this baby up and throw it. It goes with me everywhere. I walked in for an adjustment to the handlebars which was kindly taken care of. I ended up finally buying a ladies cloud9 new seat (super nice on the tush), new grips - (because old ones were so worn), and a new combo lock. We rented bikes on Monday - great service and tips for our canal ride. When we got back, I decided to purchase a pair of cycling shoes for my spinning class. I really appreciate the help finding the right pair. What a great shop!
Peter and Andy in Canandaguia have been awesome with making sure our son's wish for a 2020 Kink BMX was fulfilled! The service and customer care was superior through the whole process. Plus, we even got a Launch for our other son! Thank you so much!
I had a pleasant experience at the Fairport location this past Saturday. I went to trade in my 2018 Trek hybrid bike for a 2019 Trek MTB. Not only was it quick and convenient, but all my questions were answered and all my accessories from my old bike were transferred to the new bike, free of charge! Another thing I loved was that I did not feel pressured to purchase the bike like some other shops do. I would recommend shopping here if you are looking to buy or trade in a bike!
Got my bike and gear today at the Fairport store ....got all the gear you could want and the bike for the price I thought I was gonna pay for the bike.....squared away salesman and quality gear🤪
