My camper has been there since December waiting on repairs. First insurance couldn’t communicate with their manager apparently... a she said/he said circumstance. Finally got them on the same page. Checks were issued and we are still waiting... we’ve been told TWICE it would be ready on Friday. I will be glad when that Friday gets here!! I feel my hands are tied now bc they have the insurance checks issued to them. I had plans to sell my camper through them on consignment. Let me start by saying, if you are considering buying a camper, go here and ask for Jack. Jack was phenomenal and was in our corner from the beginning. We really felt like he wanted to help us get a camper we loved. However, Jack and Justin (the walkthrough guide) were the only good things about doing business here. I traded in my camper on November 9th, 2020. At the time of trade in I did a warranty cancellation, and I still have not received my refund as of January 4th 2021. I have been danced around and lied to for 8 weeks now. I have been given the owners number and it goes to voicemail, I leave one, and no call back. I call the store and they say they can’t do anything. Now I’m going to have to go to court over something that’s owed to me to begin with. Terrible experience. Would not recommend

If I could give negative stars I would!!! This place has the worst customer service and service after the sale that I have ever had to deal with! We bought a brand new 2020 camper from them this year and have nothing but trouble since then!!! We traded in a 2006 that had 0 issues for this POS 2020!!!!!! It has been back I cannot count how many times to have issues resolved and still isn’t fixed! We have had nasty urine and feces in the floor, ran all the way into the kitchen, fridge went out, air works when it wants and the ... read more
