I have been a customer with RV City - Benton for over 15 years. I have always been treated fairly and with great customer support at the front office. Their Parts & Service department have also been greatly informational and helpful with items that I need to be taken care of. Great place to shop and friendly atmosphere.
Arrogant and unprofessional! They could care less about servicing your RV. They are all about sales. Stay away from here.
My husband and I walked in and right back out when we heard two of the employees referring to other customers as (excuse me) "f**king idiots". We took our business a little further down the road.
I had searched for RVs and finally found this family oriented dealership, with good prices and excellent customer service.
I absolutely love this dealership! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, they help you from the moment you walk in the door until the moment you leave! This is the fun place to shop for sure!!!
This is the worst place on earth they don't know you after the sale
I have waited for several days to write my review because I wanted to cool off first. After our family purchasing two brand new campers from RV City in Benton and Against my better judgement due to past service experience with this business, we reluctantly took our camper to them to have an awning replaced. Horrible service at RV City. Never get updates on the work being done. Only when you call in do they discover they forgot to schedule something or order parts.
