Great experience when we were looking at campers. Very nice sales person showed us several campers and the staff was all very friendly. Even met the owners who we just adored ! Love this camper service

Please read the other reviews and don't make the same mistake I did. Wish there was a zero star. Absolutely the worst service! They gave us a price to put a base plate on our brand new, fresh off the lot explorer then charged more bc they didn't know how to do it. They said it would be ready at 2:30 so we drive an hour to get it but they say come back at 4:30. Oh and at 4:30 it still isn't done. Let me preface what I'm about to say with the disclaimer that I know most people who write these kind of reviews are the unhappy customers and that applies in my case. We recently purchased a new travel trailer from RV city. we chose RV City because they were a local business, and owing a business in this community myself, I appreciate people shopping locally when possible. We traded for a camper in January and waited almost 6 months for a title. We gave them our camper with a clear title and $8,000. I have checked on the title every month since then and they always have some excuse for not having it yet but when we went in yesterday and asked for our money back the owner said "O that's not going to happen. In about 20 minutes the girl in the office shows up with a title. The owner must be Hillarys sister and thinks the rules of good business don't apply to her. BEST customer service. Bought our camper here. Every time we've taken any of our past / present camper(s) in we have repeated excellent service !
This is the biggest joke in the state of Arkansas we bought a camper from them and had nothing but trouble with it it leaked from the get go it has been in the shop more than we have used after they fixed that 4 months later we picked it up not leaking at this time but got tons of other problems they dont want to fix now left screws out from fixing leaks this place is a joke and customer service sucks. Please take your buisness elsewhere
Kinda feeling sick right now. My wife and I just bought a wolf pup here...thought I got a good price. Then I just saw a commercial on TV at the same place, same trailer $667.00 cheaper! Will they refund any of the difference? NO!
