Allan is a gifted surgeon who treats his patients with the highest level of care and respect. If I needed eye surgery he would be my first choice.
Dr Rutzen has operated on both my eyes and my vision is 20/40 . He is a wonderful doctor and the Staff is fabulous.
I really enjoyed my visits to Rutzen. The staff was extremely thorough and left no doubt to me that they are caring and that they are devoted to high standards.
Dr Rutzen is an excellent ophthalmologist who really cares about his patients. He also gives back using his expertise to serve humankind. He performed Lasik surgery on me 10 years and I am still seeing perfect. Every day is a joy being able to see like I do. I cannot thank him enough!
Definitely the best in the business. Worth the time to go without a doubt.
