Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did this family doctor answer all of your questions? Yes Did this provider rush your appointment? No

Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation! Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Maybe, I'm not sure if I loved them that much.

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Was this family doctor friendly? Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Maybe, I'm not sure if I loved them that much. Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious

Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Dr itself is very nice and I like her. Her staff however is extremly unprofessional, unpleasant and unskilled. They can't do blood work, nor can keep record of vistis and appointments. I have given this office few chances so far and am ready to take my business elsewhere. I can't say enough negatvie things about her staff, very unskilled.
