Who writes these reviews? We have eaten at Ruth’s Chris in Hawaii many times so thought we would try San Diego for my birthday. This has got to be the noisiest restaurant in San Diego. Thank God I requested one of the booths in the bar. I had the filet which was so salty I was up all night drinking water and my husband had a tough rib eye and lobster bisque that tasted “funny”. We will stick with the Butcher Shop.
I need to work some overtime, because I’m going back again, and again, and again. Every special occasion, will be spent here! 😃

Absolutely, hands down, the best steak house!! I can’t get enough of this place!!! The San Diego location is PERFECT...Now if only I could get a job here!!!!!!!!! Wonderful staff and great atmosphere and the food is indescribable!!!! Yummy
We were there celebrating our friends retirement. Our waiter Mark was terrific! I thought how they printed our friends name on a page & put it in the menu was great, just another way of making the night special for us.
