The filet steak with crab cake and white sauce on the top was very salty. My husband had fish with shrimp was also so salty. We took them home. Service was very good.
It was a lovely Easter Dinner with my Son at Ruth's Chris. The Entree selection was superb. The food was beyond excellent and the staff was extremely attentive. Excellent
Great service, the food was perfect(delicious). Everything is excellent.
Top service and good menu selection. On the expensive side but you get what you pay for, for the most part. Better steak than many places I've tried in the Chicagoland area, although 'Omaha Steaks' frozen filet mignon cooked at home had the same great taste, but were noticeably more tender than Ruth's, likely because Ruth's was fresh, never frozen.
Only drawback , it’s like a car payment to eat there
If you are looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion or really just wow someone, this is the place. The food and service were flawless. I had the filet and it just melted in my mouth. The one thing I noticed an absence of (thankfully) was the overkill of salt and needless seasonings used to cover up ingredients that are poor quality. This food all tasted like FOOD. Save up for this one, it’s expensive, but worth every penny!
