My first time visiting and this place is over rated. The food was okay, but overpriced. The service really sucks, I will not be returning again.
It was my first time last nite 2/20 and food was great but the table of 4 behind us, the woman was loud and literally her voice was dominating the 3rd flr. We didn't even eat our dessert coz my hubby had a headache.
Our family went to eat at Ruth's Chris for Valentine's Day, today. The service & food was exceptional. Everyone cleaned their plates.
I went for a Christmas Party and the service was ok, they were attentive and catered to us. However, they sometimes seemed a bit unorganized. The food (I got the filet and Lobster) was good, but I wasn't impressed with the corn pasta side. It's something I could whip up at home for $2. The Rose` was on point and so was the shrimp appetizers.
My wife and I were made to feel like second class citizens. We will never return. And trust me save your money and go anywhere else!
The dinner was amazing.. but what made it a five star meal was our server Natalie.. she made us feel so welcome and comfortable in a place where we were uncomfortable. I would go back just for her high level of service.
