RecommendedStuff Chicken is my favorite
Me and my husband go to Ruth's Chris for several occasions through out the year. We've been doing this for the past 10 years. We celebrated our 39th wedding anniversary at Ruth's Chris. Today marks the 3rd time in a row when we didn't have a good experience. Once again, the steak was undercooked, an appetizer was forgotten, and the manager never came to our table to apologize. I think it's time to go elsewhere!

Went to celebrate my bday. was not allowed entry because my son and I had on Jeans? was instructed to wait OUTSIDE for the manager to SPEAK with us ( I'm 50 years old, not a kid) After a 5min " discussion " we were ALLOWED in..Still unclear WHY we didnt meet their dress code.( I Personally no longer wanted to patronize the restaurant, I felt like we had to beg them to spend our money)
I went to eat Dinner for Mother’s Day around 8:30 and this was my first time . They were out of Chicken and Lobster mac & cheese and other things .I was very disappointed because a big restaurant like this should have enough food especially on Mother’s Day’s . The steak was delicious and salad and baked potatoes .
