Ruth's Chris has totally ruined me from ever liking any other steak. Wish we could get that flavor at home.

It really disappoints me that I need to write this negative review for a restaurant that considers itself "famous for its exceptional food and wine," because they seem to have forgotten what should be the third most important thing, which is to provide exceptional dining service. Now don't get me wrong, this does not apply to all the servers at Ruth's Chris (on Van Ness). Fui invitada por mi compadre el sr. Luis Aviles y en toda mi vida este fue el platillo de carne roja q es tan suave tan delicioso y q lo puedes cocinar tu mismo en su respectivo plato a tu gusto ademas q el servicio q me dieron ni se diga todos fueron muy gentiles.
Service is wonderful as well as the steak. Will be visiting again :)
