The dinner and drinks were wonderful! It was a perfect atmosphere for me and my husband on a cold night in downtown FtW. The hostess was very attentive. �
Food was great. Jenn was our waitress, she was very professional.. the other servers were great. 5 stars to the busboy, can't remember his name, big guy with spiked dark hair in the front.. he was on top of the refills, and keeping the table clean. My wife had to use the restroom, wondered around trying to find it, the hostess blew her off when she was wondering around the front looking for it.. I truly enjoyed the food, atmosphere, customer service. It was amazing!
We went for happy hour and it was fantastic! The burger might just be the tastiest in town, and at $9 it was a great value too! We also had a delicious steak sandwich. The atmosphere is great, the service impeccable. Just a wonderful time.
From the Valet Parking, to a rather loud and overbearing waitress in the same room, to dinner being served on undersized plates, this Ruth's Chris was NOT on their 'A' game last night.
25th Anniversary dinner was great! Great waitstaff in Brianna! She was attentive and discreet! Food was delicious! Great experience overall!
The food was amazing! The server was able to give me the glass of wine I needed which was great! But then it did take a while for us to receive our steaks. They did apologize and made it up to us only when it came time to pay. That took a while and we were ready to go home.
