Food was great as usual, computers apparently went down & service, while good, was slow.
Great service. Great atmosphere. Our table was decorated with hearts (we were celebrating our 15th anniversary). My ribeye was the way I asked for it. Barbara's fillet with shrimp didn't stand a chance; it was so good! (according to her, I wasn't offered any). Overall, we enjoyed our evening there.
Steaks were very, very tough and not cooked to specification. The bread pudding tasted like Bisquik that was not completely baked. Table layout is horrible. Despite it being a special occasion, we were set so closely to two other couples, despite being multiple other tables open. I felt like she shared our special occasion with four strangers. Steak was excellent, as always. Stuffed chicken is awesome
Great food & some of the best service ever. Our severs Bethany & Zial made this special night one of our favorite memories.
I have been to the New Orleans location, Fort Worth has a long ways to go before it gets close. The service was excellent but the steak was not as good. The plate was no where near the temperature that I was told it should be, I was able to touch it by hand. It was warm but not hot. I felt that my steak may have been sitting way to long before it was brought out to the table. I will not go back to the Fort Worth location.
My husband and I went last Saturday for a valentines date and I have to say it was the worst steak I have ever eaten. I was so disappointed because I have heard such great things about their steak.
